A bench has been installed at the top of Church Street, at the junction with Waterslade Road in memory of Mac McGuire. Mac was the County Councillor for the Yaxley and Farcet ward from 1988 until 1992 and then from 1997 until 2024. He was also the District Councillor for Yaxley until 2022.
This bench has been installed in recognition of Mac’s work within the community as a County and District Councillor. Pictured are members of his family and representatives of the Parish Council.
