IMPORTANT PLANNING PERMISSION CONSULTATION – Livery Stable Folly Farm London Road (ref 24/00378/OUT) – Outline application (all matters reserved except access to London Road) for a proposed
development of up to 115 dwellings to include public open space, landscaping, access and
associated works (following demolition of existing buildings).
Huntingdonshire District Council has received an outline planning application for a proposed development of up to 115 dwellings on Folly Farm, London Road, Yaxley. The Parish Council has been asked to consider the application. The application will be discussed at a meeting of the Parish Council’s Planning Committee on 7th May at 7.00pm in Queens Park Hall, Daimler Avenue. The Planning Committee’s comments will then forwarded to the District Council.
Members of the Public are very welcome to attend the meeting on 7th May and to speak on the item under public participation. It should be stressed that the Parish Council is a only consultee in the planning process. Any views expressed by the Parish Council will be taken into account by the Planning Authority (Huntingdonshire District Council) before a decision is made. The final decision is made by the Planning Authority, NOT the Parish Council.
